The time has come to introduce a new HQ choice for your Sisters of Battle army and the Legatine is among the highest ranking Sisters in any Order Militant of the Adepta Sororitas. The most skilled of warriors and the greatest spiritual leaders the Sororitas possess, they inspire great devotion in those that follow them and are political powers in their own right in the Imperium.
The Order of Our Martyred Lady was founded in honour of Saint Katherine. Even amongst the devout warriors of the Sororitas, the Sisters of Our Martyred Lady have a reputation for incredible determination, inspired by their desire to avenge the deaths of their fallen. This inner fire drives them to destroy their enemies utterly, and those not consumed with cleansing flames are ruthlessly put to the sword.

The Sisters of the Order of the Valorous Heart believe they must atone for the unwitting sedition committed by the Daughters of the Emperor during Vandire’s Reign of Blood. The Order’s founding saint, Lucia, was the most penitent of Dominica’s companions, and her Battle Sisters strive to emulate her example, demanding expiation for the slightest perceived sin.
A real hint, or just some sadistic joke of Games Workshop? A newly released video in the Warhammer Community is reason for some speculations at least. But see for your self: As you might have noticed, one of the three clocks is labeled "Plastic Sisters of Battle" and there are only a couple of minutes... Continue Reading →
